Today I am back in the office after the Christmas/NY break and taking a little time to reflect on the happenings of the last couple of months; this felt like a very busy period and as such, I don’t think I was able to really take stock of and appreciate some of the brilliant experiences I had. In spirit of this, I’d like to share a little about a workshop collaboration for the Craft Council’s Make:Shift:Do festival with fellow DJCAD based PhD student, Lucy Robertson.
2017’s Make:Shift:Do – a nationwide programme of hands-on craft innovation workshops – saw creative institutions such as our very own Duncan of Jordanstone, invite members of the public to dabble, play and create under the theme of ‘Crafting for Wellbeing’.
